Leasing

The following basic indicators of financial resources are applied to leasing payments calculation:

LIBOR — for calculations in foreign currencies (EUR, USD)

MosPrime Rate — for calculations in Russian rubles

BBA LIBOR is the BBA (British Bankers Association) fixing of the London Inter-Bank Offered Rate. It is based on offered inter-bank deposit rates contributed in accordance with the Instructions to BBA LIBOR Contributor Banks.

MosPrime Rate is the National Foreign Exchange Association (NFEA) fixing of the reference rate based on the offer rates of Russian Rouble deposits as quoted by the leading participants of the Russian money market to first class financial institutions.

MosPrime Rate is an independent indicative rate.
